For Pick Up: We are excited to have our own SLAM building. It is the old cafeteria behind the 3-story building. Please pull into the gravel lot and call 918-535-2229, ask for your student and give the office monitor the 4 digit pin number you chose on your enrollment form. Your student will then be sent out to you after they have cleaned up their area in the activity they are in.

I will be expected to follow the instructions given by the teachers, tutors, and staff for the safety of myself and others. I understand that misbehavior will not be tolerated and continued episodes can and will result in being unable to attend the program.
Family Responsibilities: I understand that the family and particularly the parent/guardian's encouragement and support are necessary for the success of each individual family member. I, as a parent/guardian, understand that it is my responsibility to have my child picked up by 5:30 pm.
