The annual boys basketball camp will be help June 17, 18 and 19. The cost is $40. There will be two sessions. Session 1 is from 9-11 for students entering grades 1-4 and session 2 is from 12 - 2 for students entering grades 5-8.

The Caney Valley Girls Basketball staff is excited to announce that we will be hosting our SKILLS & DRILLS basketball camp again this summer. Our coaches, current and former players will be providing instruction to our future players in the necessary areas to develop their individual skills through fun and competitive drills. Areas of focus will include: ball handling, passing, form shooting, and defense. 

• Please send campers with their own water bottles. 

• Payments are due April 11, but will be accepted up to the first day of camp. 

• There is NO GUARANTEE of a t-shirt if payment is received after April 11.  

• Please sign and return your brochure, with payment, to the 

Elementary or Middle School offices. 

I look forward to seeing your daughter(s) again this summer. My goal is to help them learn the skills necessary to become a successful member of our basketball program. Your camper(s) are the highlight of my summer and the lifeblood of our program.

Caney Valley students recently participated in State Weightlifting. 

Addie finished 7th with a total lift of 605. 

Squat - 240 New PR

Bench - 90

Dead Lift - 275 PR 

She jumped 2 girls to get 7th and had to close a 40 lb gap and she got 45 lbs! Addie added 50 pounds from last weeks total from 555 to 605!!

There is a possibility of 1 more tournament for each, if it fits into our schedule.  Tournaments tend to start around 8:30 to 9:30, so we’ll be leaving from the school at least around 7-7:30. 

Players will need to make sure they have tees, golf balls, and money for eating afterwards.
